Welcome to Mkart!

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use our mobile app or website.

By using Mkart, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

2. You agree to provide accurate registration and delivery details.
3. Your account credentials and OTP must be kept secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.

2. Ordering and Availability

1. Product availability and pricing are subject to change.
2. Orders may be canceled by us if:

4. Pricing errors occur
5. Payment fails or appears fraudulent

We will notify you when possible before cancellation.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Discounts

1. Final payable price may include applicable taxes.
2. Promotional offers and coupons are subject to validation and expiration rules.
3. Offers cannot always be combined unless clearly allowed.

4. Payments

Supported payment methods include:

Failed or reversed payments may lead to order cancellation.

5. Delivery & Returns

6. Prohibited Activities

1. Misuse the app, commit fraud, manipulate system pricing or promotions
2. Upload harmful code or disrupt services
3. Use automated tools (bots/scrapers) to access Mkart data

7. Intellectual Property

All content including trademarks, logos, product data, UI elements, and technology belongs to Mkart or licensed providers.

Duplication or misuse without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account:

We will complete the deletion subject to legal obligations such as record-keeping for taxes or fraud prevention.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mkart is not liable for:

1. Indirect or consequential damages
2. Loss resulting from external service disruptions
3. Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Disputes shall be resolved under applicable courts within Pakistan.
