Account & Security
How do I create or delete my Mkart account?+
Tap Sign Up on the app or website, enter your details, and complete verification. To delete your account, contact our support team; we’ll verify your identity and remove your data as per our privacy policy.
How is my data and payment information protected?+
We use secure connections and trusted payment partners (e.g. JazzCash) for payments. Your personal and payment details are stored and processed in line with industry standards and are not shared with third parties for marketing without your consent.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+
On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?” and enter the email or phone number linked to your account. We’ll send you a link or OTP to reset your password securely.
Delivery
Do you deliver in my area?+
We currently deliver within our service areas in Islamabad, Pakistan. Enter your address at checkout or in your account to see if delivery is available. We’re expanding to more cities and areas.
How can I track my order?+
After your order is confirmed, you can track it in the “My Orders” section of the app or website. We may also send SMS or WhatsApp updates. For delivery issues, contact support with your order number.
How long does grocery delivery take?+
Delivery time depends on your location and our schedule. We aim to deliver within the chosen slot—often same day or next day in served areas. You’ll see estimated delivery time when you place the order.
What if my delivery is late or I didn’t receive it?+
If your order is delayed or you didn’t receive it, contact our support team with your order number. We’ll check with the delivery team and help you with a refund or re-delivery as per our policy.
General Shopping
Do I need an account to place a grocery order?+
You can place an order as a guest. Creating an account lets you save delivery addresses, track orders, reorder favourites, and get updates and offers. We recommend signing up for a smoother experience.
How do I find products on Mkart?+
Use the search bar to find items by name or brand. You can also browse categories such as Fruits & Vegetables, Dairy & Eggs, Staples, Snacks, Beverages, and Household. Filter by price or availability to find what you need.
Is there a minimum order amount?+
Minimum order value may apply depending on your area. You’ll see the minimum (if any) at checkout. We keep it reasonable so you can order small or large grocery runs as you like.
What is Mkart?+
Mkart is a grocery delivery app. You can order fresh produce, staples, dairy, packaged foods, household items, and daily essentials online and get them delivered to your doorstep. We focus on quality, freshness, and quick delivery so you can skip the store and save time.
Orders & Payments
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?+
You can cancel or modify your order only within a short time after placement, before we start preparing it. Contact support as soon as possible. Once the order is confirmed or out for delivery, we may not be able to make changes.
Can I pay partly online and partly by cash?+
Right now we support one payment method per order. You can pay fully online (JazzCash/card) or choose cash on delivery for the entire order.
I didn’t get an order confirmation. What should I do?+
Check your spam or promotions folder for our email or SMS. If payment was deducted, log in to Mkart and check “My Orders,” or contact our support team with your phone number and order details so we can look it up.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept JazzCash (wallet and card), other debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed securely.
Returns & Refunds
Can I exchange an item?+
We offer replacement for defective, wrong, or damaged items. For a simple change of mind, we usually process a return and refund; you can place a new order for the correct item.
How do I report a wrong or damaged item?+
Go to “My Orders,” open the order, and use “Report issue” or “Request return” for the specific item. Describe the problem (wrong item, damaged, expired, etc.) and attach a photo if possible. Our team will respond and arrange refund or replacement as per policy.
Is delivery charge refunded on returns?+
Delivery charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or damaged items). In those cases we may refund the item value and, where applicable, delivery as per our policy.
What is your return and refund policy for groceries?+
Packaged and non-perishable items in unopened condition can be returned within the period we specify (e.g. 2–3 days) for a refund or replacement. Perishable items (fresh produce, dairy, etc.) are generally not returnable unless they are defective, wrong, or damaged—report these as soon as you receive the order.
